Welcome to The Red Rose Alliance. We hope this website will provide you with information about our school-based teacher training programme and help to answer any questions that you may have.

We have been a trusted provider of high-quality school-based teacher training since 2016. We firmly believe that a training programme, and the support that follows, must be of the highest quality in order to prepare teachers to face the demands of any classroom, within any context.

Our established partnership of six carefully selected secondary schools in central Lancashire offers trainees a unique and direct opportunity to learn in real classroom environments, alongside outstanding teachers while earning a Postgraduate Certificate of Education with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) from the University of Cumbria.

This strong university connection, combined with close collaboration within the Alliance, ensures specialist input for every trainee and the chance to work amongst outstanding practitioners.

At the heart of our programme is a strong culture of coaching and mentoring, where trainees learn from experienced, practising teachers dedicated to their growth. We are passionate about training tomorrow's teachers. Through our dynamic partnerships, the Alliance is committed to driving forward improvements that raise standards for all - whilst creating the best possible outcomes for every child. With tailored, structured development opportunities, designed to challenge and nurture, we help talented trainees and aspiring leaders reach their full potential.

Our outstanding track record of employability speaks for itself, with many trainees recommending us and choosing to build their careers within our partner schools.

We are extremely proud of the consistently positive feedback we receive from our trainees and trainees who have completed our programme highly recommend us.

Take your time to explore further and discover how The Red Rose Alliance can support your journey into teaching, and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
